The Tis new city, located in the Chabahar Free Zone The Tis new city (The new city of Tis), located in the Chabahar Free Zone, with an area of 159 hectares, three main neighborhoods, and 79 streets, has been introduced as a smart city, leading in economic, social, cultural, environmental, creative aspects, suitable for residence, and welcoming tourists at national and regional levels. Based on the strategies derived from the initial prospects, the new city of Tis has been planned with a focus on eight components: participatory, urban marketing, urban branding, urban management, creative city, Iranian-Islamic city, ecological city, and sustainable city.
